In the castle courtyard, it is possible to jump from tree to tree in a complete loop!!  Some of the jumps are very tricky.  You should never touch the ground.  If you mess up, get back on the tree you were starting your jump from and try again.

It seems as though the game designer's had this trick in mind when they designed the courtyard!

Stand on the ledge over the door to the castle courtyard:

When you first enter the basement from the castle lobby, there is a blue/green slab that prevents you from getting to a door behind it (you are only meant to come out of that door).  Try to get to the door anyhow (by going under the slab)!  I know of two methods:

1. You can yahoo-jump (long jump).
2. You can jump-kick backwards.
